Oaky so if you don't have a vidyo dowloader uhm okay first i dowload the video i want if you want to know where i dowload it i use the program ''Vdowloader'' you just take a video you like and put the link and ta da Video is dowloaded any ways after you dowload the video open '' windows Movie maker '' and choose the part you like with the foward button and just click once and there will be a button like photo camera and click it save it as and name it like 1 and again click the foward button once and shoot the picture after you done with your part i use photoscape for gifs and if you allready have one you click '' anigif'' and then put your pics in order and there is your gif !
